Writing from the platform
Write to us
The Write to usform lets you send a message to the programme team without going through your own mail application. The form requires an account. Create one, it is free, or sign in before opening it.
To report harm to the environment — fly-tipping, pollution, deforestation, bush fire, flooding, erosion — please use the Report an environmental alert form, which is made for that. The contact details above can of course be used without an account.
Complaints and reports
A complaint, a grievance, a report
Anyone — participant, facilitator, partner, community member — may bring a complaint about the programme or about the conduct of its representatives, including any act of exploitation, abuse or harassment. The channels are those on this page: the Write to usform, email, telephone or post.
The identity of the person complaining is not published.Every complaint is recorded and handled by the team.
