Entries are submitted with an e-muhira account. If the “Add entry” button does not appear, log in or create an account.
This form is for reporting an action already carried out in the field: tree planting, waste collection, an awareness session, a school garden, the celebration of an environmental day — any initiative undertaken in the name of the programme.
You can attach up to three photographs and one file (attendance list, short report, invoice), 10 MB maximum per item. Only upload a photograph in which people are recognisable if they have given their consent; for minors, consent goes through the parents or the school.
Who sees your report? You and the programme team, nobody else. The “not approved” label that will appear on your entry only means that it has not been added to the register shared between members: this is how it is meant to work, it is not a rejection.
Only fill in what you know. A participant count left blank is better than an estimated figure.
