You have downloaded the Imuhira Charter, printed it and signed it. Upload the signed page 3 here: a sharp photo taken with a phone is enough, and so is a scan. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.
Keep the original yourself. The upload is there to count you among the committed bodies, to let us reply to you and to connect you with the others. The information provided is not used for any purpose other than monitoring the programme.

Have you provided services to ACAPE Burundi or to the Génér’Action Verte Imuhira programme (volunteering, facilitation, club focal point, training, committee work…) and do you need an official certificate?
Fill in this form with your details and a description of the services provided. Your request will be reviewed and, if accepted, approved by the legal representation of ACAPE Burundi. The signed certificate will then be sent to you (uploaded to your entry or sent to your contact address).
Eligibility conditions — to check before submitting your request:
- At least 1 year of active, continuous involvement within ACAPE Burundi or the Génér’Action Verte Imuhira programme;
- Having co-organised or contributed significantly to at least 3 successful initiatives or actions, each supported by evidence (a report already submitted on the platform through “Report an action carried out”, a photo, an attendance list, a partner’s testimony, etc.);
- Attaching the corresponding supporting documents in the field provided for that purpose;
- Any initiative mentioned without evidence will not be taken into account when the request is reviewed.
The legal representation of ACAPE Burundi reviews each request on this basis and may ask for further information before deciding.
